What this covers

This policy explains what Digital Media Elite ("we") collects when you visit digitalmediaelite.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a consult, you send us your name, email address, phone number, company or website, the advertising channels you use and your approximate monthly ad spend. We use this only to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which collect your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps through cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (such as email, analytics and hosting providers), and when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep consult requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@digitalmediaelite.com. California residents may also exercise their rights under the CCPA by the same route.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
